Ljubinka Brashnarska is a communication professional with over 15 years of experience in strategic communication, media relations, visibility, and public outreach across international development, diplomacy, humanitarian action, and civil society. She has worked extensively with international organisations and donors, including the European Union, UNHCR, USAID, and embassies, implementing communication strategies, content production, media engagement, and public events, as well as translation and interpretation for EU- and donor-funded initiatives.
Within the EU-funded project Technical Assistance for Improving the Enabling Environment for Civil Society Organisations in the Republic of North Macedonia, Ljubinka is engaged as a Junior Non-Key Expert on Communication and Visibility. In her role, she supports the implementation of the project’s communication and visibility activities by contributing to the preparation of diverse communication and web content, doing website administration and updates, assisting in the organisation and promotion of project events and campaigns, ensuring consistent visibility of project results and European Union support.
