Lidija Damceska

Lidija has 20 years of overall experience working in international projects financed by European Comission and USAID in the areas of project / office management, administration, assistance, coordination, communication, and organization.

Most of her working assignments include coordinating office activities and  operations, managing office supplies,organizing public events, trainings and conferences, providing general administrative support to employees and travel arrangements, preparing financial reports, managing contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers and processing the payment of invoices.

Lidija holds a Master’s degree in Educational Dimension of International Cooperation and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).
