The Ministry of Justice invites all interested stakeholders to take part in public consultations on the Draft Law on Associations and Foundations:
The consultations aim to encourage open dialogue and gather feedback on the Draft Law, which is available for public review on the Unique National Electronic Register of Regulations (ENER). Participation is open to all interested parties, and all comments—both during the consultations and in writing through ENER—will be equally considered.
The events are organised with the support of the EU-funded project “Technical Assistance for Improving the Enabling Environment for Civil Society Organisations in the Republic of North Macedonia”.
